Mindfulconsultinghub believes in supporting its clients as far as possible, and has therefore a clear cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Payment for any consulting package, program, or service is required at the time of booking. Once a package is selected and payment is made, cancellations will be accepted, but no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• If a client is unable to attend scheduled sessions, they may request to reschedule within the validity period of the package, subject to availability.
• All services are delivered based on the agreed plan and schedule. We do not offer replacements, exchanges, or monetary refunds for services already commenced or completed.
• In the event that we are unable to deliver the service as booked due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer an alternative date or equivalent service at no additional cost.
• By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
