2. Eligibility

To engage our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have legal parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration or consultation.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Booking & Payment

• Services are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit.
• All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified, and may include applicable taxes.
• All payments are non-refundable once the package is booked, as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Third-Party Experts

• We may assign independent domain experts to deliver specialised aspects of your program.
• These experts are vetted for qualifications, professional ethics, and service quality.
• While we manage their work, they are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their specific professional input.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of the services, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions promptly.
• Follow agreed action plans and recommendations.
• Communicate openly about progress, challenges, or concerns.
• Provide necessary information and documentation as requested.

6. Limitation of Liability

• All services are delivered with professional skill and care by qualified consultants or assigned experts.
• While we strive for the best possible results, the achievement of specific outcomes depends on multiple factors, including client participation, adherence to guidance, and personal circumstances.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or application of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

• All reports, session materials, tools, and resources provided remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You may use these materials solely for your own development and may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without our written consent.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
