This Service Delivery Policy explains how Mindful Consulting Hub (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides its consulting, coaching, and expert coordination services (“Services”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview of Service Process

Our services follow a structured process designed to deliver measurable progress:

  1. Initial Consultation – We meet with you to understand your goals, challenges, and current situation.
  2. Holistic Wellbeing Report – We prepare a personalised report outlining key focus areas and recommendations.
  3. Expert Assignment – We match you with one or more qualified third-party domain experts based on your needs.
  4. Progress Management – We manage communication, monitor activities, and track results throughout your engagement.
  5. Ongoing Support – We act as your main point of contact, making adjustments and providing continued guidance.
2. Modes of Delivery
  • Online Delivery: Sessions and consultations are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
  • In-Person Delivery: Available upon request, subject to location, availability, and prior written agreement.
3. Booking & Confirmation
  • Services are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or an agreed deposit.
  • A booking confirmation will include:
    • Service description.
    • Date(s), time(s), and delivery method.
    • Access links or venue details.
    • Any preparation requirements.
4. Third-Party Experts
  • All assigned experts are vetted for qualifications, ethics, and service quality.
  • We coordinate and oversee their work, but each expert remains responsible for their area of professional expertise.
  • Any change in assigned experts will be communicated in advance, unless urgent replacement is required.
5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:

  • Attend all scheduled sessions on time.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information during the process.
  • Complete agreed action steps and assignments.
  • Maintain open communication about progress, challenges, and changes in circumstances.
6. Timeliness & Attendance
  • If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
  • If we or our assigned experts are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
7. Service Limitations
  • Results depend on your active participation and commitment.
  • While we work with qualified professionals, we do not guarantee specific results or timelines.
  • We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, internet failure, emergencies, natural disasters).
8. Governing Law

This Service Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
